**The Role: -**

The Claims Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining proactive and productive relationships with Key Clients, Insurers and Internal Stakeholders to ensure that PIB's claims proposition is being effectively and consistently delivered to our clients.

You will utilise your experience and networks to monitor market developments and trends to ensure that that our proposition will continue to meet the needs of our diverse client base in the future and help evolve our future strategy.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Attending prospect / client presentations to understand and agree what claims services and capabilities the client will require.
- Contribute to RFP responses where required.
- Coordination and Proactive management of Claims Review meetings with Client and Insurer as appropriate ensuring meeting is outcome driven.
- Management of the provision of Claims MI / analysis working with appropriate resources to ensure an effective process and that reports are being issued in a timely manner.
- Client and market liaison on specific large claims including complex or coverage matters.
- Monitor and manage insurer performance against SLA’s and KPI’s
- Analyse MI to identify claims patterns and trends to subsequently produce appropriate internal and external communication.
- Challenge reserves and liability investigations and decisions where appropriate.
- Supporting local account management teams in the wider retention of clients
- Working in partnership with Risk Management where appropriate
- Providing performance updates on key clients, insurers, and segments to the Claims Leadership Team
- Acting as escalation point for account management teams, claims handling teams and insurers.
