Here at Wow Now Hire, we’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to come and join our sociable team.
Based at our modern office with onsite parking, you’ll deal with inbound enquiries from our suppliers and help to resolve any issues to ensure the customer’ needs are met first time, every time. Your day-to-day duties will include raising and maintainingelectronic hire contracts, chasing specific deliveries, obtaining relevant paperwork and other manageable requests.
All we ask is that you have at least one year’s office/service-based experience along with great attention to detail and a calm, professional manner. You’ll be a self-starter, who is comfortable working in a face-paced environment and is proficient in usingMicrosoft Outlook. Experience of working in the construction hire industry is beneficial, as well as sound geographical knowledge of the UK.
