A premier independent care provider - one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 - is now looking for an empathetic **Healthcare Assistant (HCA)** to join their “Good”-rated care home in central Sevenoaks, which provides tailored, person-centred elderly and dementia care within a luxurious and comfortable setting.

The home is set within a lovely landscaped estate, and has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for residents and their loved ones to sit and socialise, or take part in the wide range of stimulating activities on offer - including food and wine tastings, arts and music therapies, bowling club, yoga and exercise sessions, and more.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will support the residents to live well and keep active in a friendly and caring environment. To welcome you to the team, you will be offered a one-off £1000 welcome bonus, as well as access to a sector-leading employee benefits package.

This is a **permanent** HCA role for 36 hours per week, day shifts only. _Want to work nights only, or need more flexibility? _**_Night bank roles are also available_**_._

**Person specification**:
You **_must_** have some experience in caring for older people.
