We have a comprehensive understanding of this challenging but highly rewarding sector, this enable us to place the most suitable candidates with clients and find the best opportunities for candidates.We are advertising this fantastic opportunity onbehalf of a local authority in Bradford they are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to be part of the MASH team to work in a Hybrid Role and as part of an experienced team.The successful Qualified Social Worker will need to have previous experienceof working as part of a MASH team. This Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub role brings together professionals from a range of agencies to work together for the best outcomes of children.Job responsibilities As an Experienced Social worker in the team you will demonstrateexpert and effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk, striking a balance between support and control and liaising with a wide range of professionals Working as part of a team you will make recommendations for casesto be closed, transferred to Early Help Services and/or transferred to the relevant district for assessment under S.47 or S.17 Children Act 1989 You will show a good understanding of Child Protection and understanding of Risk Assessment Ability to interpretinformation and search data bases for information regarding children and for safeguarding purposes Providing advice to professionals and service usersCandidate Requirements: Degree in relevant professional or equivalent qualification e.g. Certificate of Qualificationin Social Work or Diploma in Social Work.
