- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and safe production
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Assist with tooling changes and adjustments as needed
- Handle materials and perform basic materials handling tasks
- Use hand tools to assemble, weld, fabricate, and perform other necessary tasks
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

## Experience:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with machinery
- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of logic controllers and SolidWorks software is a plus
- Experience in assembly, welding, fabrication, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
