Comex 2000 is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Infill PIA team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**What you'll do**

- **Optimise Operations**: Collaborate with the client to identify and implement cost-effective solutions, maximising project efficiency.
- **Champion Safety**: Foster a culture of safety by promoting Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting.
- **Drive Financial Success**: Contribute to financial control by tracking project costs and ensuring profitability.
- **Elevate Quality**: Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest specifications.
- **Build Strong Teams**: Develop and nurture strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- **Master the Details**: Develop accurate project schedules, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Leadership**: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
- **Technical Expertise**: NRSWA Level 10 certification.
- **Excellent Communication**: Effective communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly.
- **Strong Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
