FP&A Analyst| Manufacturing | Lancashire | £55,000 - £65,000

A growing VC backed Manufacturing business are looking to add an experienced FP&A Analyst to work closely with senior finance team. Reporting into the Finance Director and working closely with the Financial Controller, you will take the responsibility tobuild & develop a new, first class FP&A function within the business.

Main duties include;
- Design and build the FP&A function in line with long term business strategy
- Act as a business partner to senior operation managers
- Develop dashboard reporting tools & KPIs to recommend business improvements
- Educate the wider business on best practice and demonstrate ‘value add’
- Produce financial models
- Lead on new forecasting process
- Produce monthly MI packs
- Contribute to system/process improvements following a recent implementation

This is a newly created role which highlights the level of investment and growth plans for this business. The FP&A Analystwill form a key part of commercial decision making.

This role is ideal for someone with proven FP&A experience who is looking for more autonomy and responsibility within their next role.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Prior experience within Manufacturing
- Substantial FP&A experience
- Ability to shape & design a new function
- Excellent leadership skills
