Digital Surveyor

Resi are looking to hire a Digital Surveyor to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. We're looking for Digital Surveyors who ideally have some experience with laser surveying technology. You will be instrumental in capturing the current measurements, footprint and design of our clients properties. Our client base primarily covers London and surrounding areas with a variety of projects nationally - ranging from internal renovations to larger extensions

**Responsibilities**:

- Traveling to clients’ homes to conduct laser surveys of properties
- The safe, professional and effective use of our scanning equipment
- Processing and ‘cleaning’ survey data
- Provide great customer service while onsite with clients
- Support the wider team with existing building plans
- Living our values and holding others accountable to them
- Support and collaborate with the wider design teams with survey information

**You Will Need**:

- A full cleaning driving license
- To be flexible and willing to travel in and around London and further afield
- To be customer oriented
- The ability to thrive in a high performing environment
- A positive attitude and mindset
- Demonstrable experience of high performance
- A high level of maturity
- A willingness to learn, adapt and provide solutions

**You might be even more of a technical fit if you have;**
- Experience with BIM software, particularly Revit
- Residential Laser surveying experience
