AIA Pets is a long established Pet Shipper providing services to the general public as well as co-ordinating globally with other Pet Shippers.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pet Shipper based at London Heathrow. The Pet Shipper will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of pet transportation. Daily tasks include organizing travel arrangements, preparing required documentation, ensuring the safety and comfort of pets during transportation, and maintaining clear communication with pet owners. The Pet Shipper will also handle any emergencies or issues that arise during transport and adhere to all relevant regulations and protocols. You will also be involved in deliveries, collections, and check in at departing airlines. Customs entry experience is also helpful to have.

A junior wanting to learn will also be considered.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of pet care and handling
- Understanding of transportation regulations and documentation
- Ability to handle emergencies and problem-solve effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,161.16 per year
