We are Intrum - an award-winning, industry-leading credit management and financial services provider. We are seeking an Account Manager fluent in German to join our team.
Intrum Ireland have a Multinational Collections Hub which enables clients to centralise their collections activities across countries, adapting to local regulatory requirements and providing an individual customer approach.
As the Account Manager your main focus will be as the lead contact onboarding a new client at the start of this year, managing, supporting and maintaining the relationship with the client and the Intrum Group Network. This role will see you engage with cross-functionalinternal teams at Intrum including Operational departments locally and internationally. **Initially a 12 month contract with potential to be made permanent.**
**About the Role**:
- You will be responsible for the onboarding and completion process for the client including internal documentation, updating of reporting systems (using Salesforce), collating queries, contractual sign off, ensuring operations have all details and relevantdocuments to onboard.
- Managing requests for information from Clients and the Intrum Group Network.
- Facilitate and chair regular performance discussions with the client, involving internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate and chair regular monthly performance reviews with Collecting Countries.
- Delivering accurate MI reporting, assessment of data and identify any gaps that need addressing.
- Collaborating with the Collections Manager to facilitate a smooth transition of relationship management and providing insight regarding any opportunities for upselling / cross-selling within the client base.
- Actively seek opportunities to increase profitability.
**Person Specification**
- A fluent German speaker
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
