The Credit Controller is an integral part of the back office support function to deliver business critical tasks.

At Millbank we have an immediate opportunity within our Finance department for an experienced Credit Controller to work with the finance and payroll team to monitor client payments and manage outstanding debt.

The position is full time and on a fixed term basis for a period of 12-18 months.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with other members of the business to resolve disputes
- Monitoring the bank and allocating receipts received onto client accounts and resolving any queries on remittances
- Invoice Discounting facility administration including month end close down
- Preparing weekly debtor report
- Assisting payroll with contractor holiday reporting
- Support to the wider finance and payroll team
- Assisting the Group Finance Director with ad hoc projects
- Previous experience in a B2B credit controller role
- Highly organised and self-motivated to work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- A personable Enthusiastic team player who has the ability to build relationships
- Confident and competent in the use of excel
- Experience using accounting software
