Cleaning Operative

**Pacific Support services is looking to recruit a cleaning Operative to work at one of our sites in the Dartford area.**

**Cleaning Specifications**

**Office areas/Reception**

**Daily**
- Empty all wastepaper bins into sacks and take to designated disposal areas
- Dust all chairs, fitments, cabinets, sills, skirting, ledges, radiators, shelves, telephone, picture frames and exposed surfaces up to 2 metres
- Remove finger marks from area around hand plates, door handles, light switches and

door glazing
- All door glazing to be clear of finger marks
- Polish any wooden furniture surfaces
- Vacuum all floor areas, ensuring that they are cleaned up to the edges of walls, desks etc using crevice tool to remove dirt in crevices
- Dust handrails and banisters, ledges and sills, taking care not to soil sides and risers during cleaning

**Weekly**
- All glazing and framing to doors, bookcases, charts, pictures and clocks to be damp wiped and dry polished
- Sweep and damp mop all stairs and landings
- Dust all wipe all door frames, dust reveres

**Monthly**
- Remove dust from high cabinets, cupboards, shelves, ledges and exposed places,

where accessible, above 2 metres and not included in daily schedule.

**Kitchen Areas**

**Daily**
- Collect all crockery, cutlery, glassware and clean
- Empty all waste bins into sacks and take to designated disposal area
- Wash lids and re-line all kitchen bins
- Thoroughly sweep and wash floors using deodorising disinfectant
- Clean kitchen basins, wipe all surfaces

**Toilets**

**Daily**
- Replenish toilet paper, soap and paper towels.
- Sweep and wash clean/disinfect hard floor surface.
- Clean, scour and disinfect toilet pans, cisterns and urinals.
- Clean and disinfect both sides of toilet seats and lids and dry polish.
- Clean both sides of doors and remove finger marks.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect vanity unit/sink basins and all surrounding surfaces.
- Polish taps and other fittings, wash tiled splash backs.
- Clean mirrors leaving them smear free.
- Empty waste bins, replace with liner if required. Damp wipe external surface.
- Damp wipe paper towel holders and any other hand drying systems.
- Wash clean and polish any stainless-steel fittings.
- Dust all skirting, ledges and pipes etc.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold Right to Work in the UK
- Have previous cleaning experience - if you’ve got cleaning experience that would be perfect, but don’t worry, if not we will provide all the training you need.
- Provide two professional references

**Working hours: 5:30am-7:30am or 19:00-21:00**

**Working Days: Monday -Friday**

**Days per week: 5**

**Hours per week :10**
