**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain good knowledge of the beverage and food menu and be able to upsell and assist guests with queries.
- Opening and closing the restaurant ready for service including mise-en-place
- Notify any lack of equipment and service material
- Respecting behaviour guidelines, uniform requirements, company policies and procedures
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her.
