**Contract role - F5 Network Engineer - Hybrid/Cheshire/Glasgow - 12 month initial - Inside IR35**

This F5 Network Engineer will join the team in Cheshire/Glasgow area to work in banking sector to design, build and deployment activities to deliver appropriate network infrastructure solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Experienced in designing and implementing complex network solutions in a regulated industry or large enterprise environment.
- F5 Load Balancers (LTM + GTM) and/or Citrix ADC
- LTM iRules, Policies, Client/Server side encryption, mutual authentication
- Familiarity with TLS, incl PKI, Digital Certificates, CAs, CSRs and Keys
- Troubleshooting end to end flows of encrypted API/HTTP calls

F5 Network Engineer desirables skills/experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Cisco routing and switching technologies in datacentre and campus environments (Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst)
- Fortinet Fortigate firewalls and/or Cisco ASA/Firepower
- zScaler
- Automation using Ansible

The F5 Network Engineer will work in hybrid mode (2-3 days onsite in the office) and will need to do some background check before start.
