On behalf of our client, a leading, highly successful, established, progressive business, for an experienced PA to provide support to their Board of Directors (3). **THIS IS A NEW ROLE** within the business and therefore you would have the opportunity to make the role your own.
The main purpose of the role is to provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level, to the Boar of Directors to ensure the smooth management of their day to day affairs and to facilitate the most effective use of their time and to handlesensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.

What will you be doing?
- Manage the CEO and other Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and re-allocation as necessary
- Manage the CEO’s and other Board members’ travel arrangements, including visa’s and accommodation
- Process correspondence, ensuring that all is dealt with appropriately
- Maintain the CEO’s office system, including data management and riling
- Assist Board members with research and following up with action matters which fall within the CEO’s responsibility, triggering follow-up action
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO and other Board members
- Organise meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared - preparing agenda’s, pre-meeting briefings and associated papers
- Meet and greet visitors
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required
**What do you need to be successful?**
- Solid experience gained as a PA at Board level
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work on your own initiative and plan your own workload
- A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Live within a reasonable commute
