- **About the Role**_

We’re looking for **experienced and motivated delivery drivers** to join our rapidly growing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers with their own van to maximize earnings in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As a **Delivery Driver**, you’ll start your day at our Nantgarw Yodel site, loading your vehicle with between **150-220 parcels**. You’ll then deliver to homes and businesses in the **Bridgend area**within a **2-hour delivery window**. Collections along your route may also be required.

This role is ideal for **self-starters** who take pride in their work, offer a **friendly and professional service**, and are **committed to safety and reliability.**

- **Requirements**_
- **Man with Van**: You must provide proof of vehicle ownership/rental and insurance.
- **DBS Check**: All drivers must pass a standard DBS check.
- **Legal Right to Work**: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required.
- **Experience**: Previous delivery driving experience (multi-drop preferred).
- **Strong Work Ethic**: Ability to handle high-volume deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
- **Physical Fitness**: Comfortable with lifting and moving parcels safely.
- **Clean Driving Record**: Valid UK driving licence with no major endorsements and no more than **6 points.**
- **Your Responsibilities**_
- Load your vehicle each morning at the **Nantgarw** depot.
- Deliver parcels within the **Bridgend** area on **time**, within designated delivery windows.
- **Communicate** **professionally** and **courteously** with customers and depot staff.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and vehicle checks.
- Keep your van clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
- Be flexible additional work may be available after each route.
