As a Depot **Night Shift Leader**, you'll lead a dedicated team of PROs and Loaders, ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire excellence, foster a culture of safety, and drive performance that meets our high standards.

- **Team Leadership**: Organize and manage team rotas, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- **Operational Oversight**: Monitor and report on shift performance, addressing any issues promptly.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- **Training & Development**: Equip your team with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- **Resource Management**: Monitor productivity levels and manage resources to meet operational demands.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the handling of mis-sorts, damages, and scanning compliance to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
- **Security**: Ensure the security of premises and goods through vigilance and adherence to company procedures.
