After setting up in 2019 we are now looking to expand the consultancy with experienced and exciting team players that are looking to all make an impact to businesses across the UK

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic consultants, in the London area, wanting to take the next steps to being independent or have been working freelance and would like to be set up for success.

**What do we need from you?**
- An enthusiastic and uplifting personality to inspire and give confidence to others
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, performance management, or human resources
- Consultancy or strong stakeholder management experience would be an advantage
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A compassionate leadership style
- High level of emotional intelligence and influential communication skills
- Experience of managing projects
- Service oriented client focused approach
- Integrity, reliability and responsiveness
- A mindset focused on excellence and continuous improvement
- Attention to detail as well as being a big picture thinker

- A good knowledge of service based business and the latest trends
- A willingness to learn, develop skills and open to being coached
- Digital literacy to learn and use current technology and administrative tools ie, TalentLMS, HRMS tools, canva, google drive and microsoft office (excel, docs and Powerpoint)

**What is involved?**

As a People & Performance Consultant you will be responsible for:

- Client delivery of people and performance initiatives to move businesses towards objectives that have been set
- Building fantastic relationships with clients and team members at all levels
- Onboarding clients and working with their teams to implement the people and performance framework
- Conduct assessments on current business practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct industry research and stay up to date with business and industry changes
- Conduct pitches and proposals with potential new clients
- Delivering training workshops, online and in person
- Provide advice and coaching for leaders or employees
- Completing administrative tasks related to clients and their teams.
- Writing progress updates and monthly reports for clients
- Collaborate with other team members and industry professionals to ensure success for our clients
- Attending coaching and workshop sessions at Modern Mind Group to help you grow and achieve success
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities
- Sharing your services through networking events or local business groups to build up your own list of clients
- Create and maintain marketing material to expand your personal brand and reputation as well as the business

Note: This is a self employed/ freelance role

**Job Type**: Freelance | Pay Potential: £22,000 - £70,000+ (depending on part time or full time basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £22,163.00-£70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
