The Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update company records using QuickBooks
- Assistance with annual compliance certifications
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Utilize operational software to support different departments
- Booking appointments and Calendar Management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform general office administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other operational software
- Good understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: £14,000.00-£17,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
