**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for two Transport Clerks - Operations, to work as part of our award winning Transport team and help them achieve ever-greater heights. Could this be you?

As a Transport Clerk - Operations you will be part of the Traffic office team based at our Hinckley Site and are responsible for tracking our Transport routes ensuring that our HGV drivers have arrived for duties and that trailers will arrive at our Hub sites as planned.

**Other Key responsibilities of this role are;**
- Working with other departments such as Hub and Network Operations, Fleet and Security ensuring that updates on arrivals or any issues are communicated as quickly as possible in order to keep our operation running smoothly
- Completing licence checks for agency drivers and ensuring we remain compliant in line with O Licence Regulations
- General administrative duties such as answering telephone queries, printing route paperwork and maps
- Assisting the Transport Shift Managers and Transport Managers - Operations with any further administration

**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- You will have experience in a fast paced operation ideally in a transport setting.
- You will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels..
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to do comprehensive reporting, alongside analysis of data is a key requirement for this role.
