Glanville Environmental is a well-established drainage and civil engineering company that has been successfully operating for over 30 years in the South-West region. With a growing portfolio of clients and multiple long-term contracts, we are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for a range of personnel to join our family-owned business.
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Administrator to work within HR as part of our Core Services team, based in our head office in Lee Mill.
We are looking for somebody with excellent administration and communication skills and an interest in Human Resources.
The main duties will include:
- Assisting with making offers of employment
- Organising new starter and leaver documents
- Contract & HR related administration
- Ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date
- Other related administration tasks
- Have excellent computer and keyboard skills, ideally in Word and Excel
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Understand confidentiality within the workplace
- Enjoy working as part of a team
