**Pay & Hours**:

- **Rate of Pay: £12.22 per hour**:

- **Hours: 36 hours per week (Nights - 7pm-7am)**:

- **Shift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (including alternate weekends)**

**What We’re Looking For**:
**We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced support worker who**:
**Has a strong background in delivering high levels of physical and emotional care. Has essential experience working with individuals living with dementia. Is confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plans. Is flexible, reliable, and a true team player.**

**Your Role Will Include**:

- **Supporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independence**:

- **Providing personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)**:

- **Assisting with meals and hydration**:

- **Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing**:

- **Promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life**:

- **Supporting with mobility and safe transfers**:

- **Engaging in activities and building meaningful relationships**:

- **Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records**:

- **Reporting any safeguarding concerns.**
