**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Visiting debtor properties and negotiating payment arrangements to resolve outstanding debts.
- Setting up payment plans and assisting debtors in completing necessary documentation.
- Handling sensitive cases with care, providing options for those struggling to pay.
- Completing reports and liaising with colleagues to ensure cases are managed effectively.
- Assessing vulnerability and offering support options where needed.
- Taking control of goods or removing them when required, while always prioritizing safety.
