Cleaner in Charge

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management effectively.
- A proactive approach towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. we are looking for a leader who can carry out the cleaning to the highest standards and delegate as you will have two cleaners working with you. Hours are 4.45 to 8 pm Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.25 per week
