**Job Title: Dispensary Delivery Driver**

**Contract: Zero Hours (Part-Time)**

**Hours: To be flexible to work on a week 1 / week 2 hour basis - Hours TBC**

Upton Surgery is a friendly, forward-thinking General Practice serving a population of approximately 12,200 patients. We pride ourselves on our integrated, holistic approach to healthcare, with on-site NHS Community staff and Social Care teams working alongside our clinical colleagues. We are a respected training practice with six GP Partners, located just 10 minutes from the M50 (Junction 1), 15 minutes from Worcester and Malvern, and within easy reach of Tewkesbury and Cheltenham.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking to appoint a reliable and compassionate Dispensary Delivery Driver to join our supportive Dispensary Team. This vital role involves delivering prescribed medications to patient's homes, ensuring a safe, timely, and professional service. The role also includes assisting with urgent medication deliveries when needed. A surgery van will be provided daily, and full training will be given.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver medications to patients in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Support the Dispensary Team with the coordination of deliveries
- Assist with urgent and same-day medication deliveries when required
- Adhere to all relevant practice policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
- Ensure the surgery vehicle is kept clean and in good working order
- Represent the practice in a friendly and professional manner at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- A full Clean UK driving license
- Reliability, punctuality, and a caring attitude
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo full training provided by the surgery
