**About Us**:
Tech Tube is a busy and expanding operation dedicated to the efficient handling of raw materials and finished products. We pride ourselves on precision, quality, and timely deliveries. We are currently seeking a versatile Warehouse Operative to join our team, with the flexibility to cover management and planning roles, as well as transportation needs.

**Job Overview**:
This role involves comprehensive warehouse duties, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. You will play an integral part in maintaining stock accuracy for both raw materials and finished products. The position also offers the opportunity to support managerial and planning functions, alongside driving company vehicles for deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, check, and safely store incoming goods, ensuring correct documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Pack and prepare outgoing goods for dispatch, coordinating with the planning dept to meet delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts and perform stock reconciliation for raw materials and finished products to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organised and tidy storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide cover for the Warehouse Manager and Planning Department when required, assisting with scheduling and operational planning.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver goods safely and on time, maintaining accurate delivery records and vehicle logs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and stock management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different roles including management and planning support.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy.
- Good organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
