Trinity House Group are excited to be supporting a well-known multi-site business based in Birmingham to recruit a high calibre Senior FP&A Business Partner. Fully flexible hybrid working is offered.

You will be joining an outstanding leadership team, reporting to a fantastic FP&A Manager you will gain career defining experience supporting the long-term growth plans of this business. You will business partner multiple senior stakeholders including CFOand Operations Directors to drive sales & profitability and lead the budgeting & forecasting process.

A truly commercial role with zero month end responsibilities, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious qualified finance professional to continue developing their career.

The role:

- Finance Business Partner to CFO, senior operational leaders and budget holders
- Preparation of Reporting and PowerPoints for Board Packs, Senior Management Packs and Business Updates
- Supporting with investment modelling and ROI’s
- Process and reporting improvements
- Driving change within the current reporting systems to improve outputs
- Contribute to the development and execution of the long-term strategy of the business
- To have ownership of the budgeting and strategic planning forecasting model
- Work with Senior Stakeholders to evaluate new opportunities

You will be / have:

- A fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA with industry experience)
- The ability to challenge and influence senior management and team.
- A highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong excel & modeling ability
- Must demonstrate an ability to integrate and work closely with non-finance counterparts in a leadership capacity.
- Proactive self-starter and results orientated.
- Have an attention to detail that improves forecast integrity, balanced with the ability to see the full financial plan and to be able to articulate the business strategy.
