As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Support Agent to join our team and help us maintain the high standard of service our customers have come to expect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, identifying the cause, and providing the best solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Track customer interactions and document all communication for future reference.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and technical support.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customers or complex issues.

Pay: £24,654.00-£26,870.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
