**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests by preparing high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised workspace while adhering to food safety standards. Your ability to engage with customers and upsell products will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Taking orders at till
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Demonstrate time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary standards.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- A passion for coffee and food preparation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
