Quotation Surveyor

Prestige Building Specialists are Somerset's fastest growing Construction firm which now employs over 35 members of staff. Our motto is simple; you dream it, we build it. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Quotation Surveyor to attend all of our requested quotations, meet with clients, discuss their needs/requirements and present them with their formal quotation for the project. We specialise in extensions, loft conversions, renovations, conversions and new build projects, but are happy to carry out any building works due to our extensive workforce and experience. Based in Weston-super-Mare, we are able to facilitate projects as far north as Bristol, as far south as Taunton and everywhere in between - we have also just expanded into Newport. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Contacting clients who have requested a quotation to arrange a visit/meeting - Meeting with clients at their homes/site to discuss their needs, measure up etc. - Writing up the clients quotations and sending them out to the client - Managing our Checkatrade profile to ensure it is kept up to date - Checking in with clients regularly once their project is underway - Gathering reviews for our Google/Checkatrade pages Benefits include full use of a company car, a fuel card for all business related fuel and a bonus scheme for successful project referrals. Basic salary of £30,000.00 per annum plus bonuses.
