**Security Officer/Concierge**

**Trading successfully for over 25 years Sector Security provide a capable, competent, professional and effective security service. Primarily based in Northern England our effectiveness has led to National work being carried out for clients who want reliability and stability.**

Officer Duties include:

- Commitment to providing professional customer service.
- Providing a high visual profile to act as a deterrent and promote a safe working environment.
- Providing reports for outstanding health and safety issues and hazards, resolving risks and liaising with site management and the emergency services where required.
- Maintaining a log book, recording all incidents in written reports.
- Reporting all relevant issues to the Control Room.
- Controlling access/egress and maintaining signing in/out books.
- Responding to and addressing any alarm activations.
- Conducting internal and external patrols.
- Undertaking such other duties as may be reasonably required.
- Must hold or obtain a valid SIA licence (please note, an applicant cannot be employed until a licence has been granted)
- Be able to provide a full 5 years work history.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Have good written and communication skills.
- Be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative.
- Be confident and smart in appearance.
- Be able to work flexible hours and take part in a rota system.

What we offer:

- Minimum 40 hours plus per week. Applicants must be flexible.
- Guaranteed contract (not zero hours).
- Various shift patterns available, including days, nights, weekends and Bank holidays.
- 28 days annual leave per year

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability
