**Residential Conveyancer - Tyne & Wear - Newcastle**

**What you will be doing**
- Managing a full and varied Residential Conveyancing case load
- Undertaking fee earning work, working both independently, with mínimal supervision and as a member of the team
- Maintaining existing relations with the firm’s clients and assisting and helping develop new relationships with third party referrers
- Helping evolve a marketing strategy for the Residential Conveyancing Team

**What you will have**
- Two years’ experience minimum in the field of residential conveyancing (Solicitor or CILEX/Fee Earning)
- Be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload, with minimum supervision
- Be able to work independently
- Have worked within, or be familiar with and able to comply with, the requirements of Lexcel

**What you will receive**
- Salary up to £38,000
- 20 days holiday plus bank holiday
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Additional closure over Christmas (gifted by company)
- Pension
- Staff Incentives, Free Parking (4.30 finish on Fridays)
