Homes for Students has a vacancy for a Senior Customer Service Advisor at its Crown House Property in Sheffield. The role involves providing a meet and greet, reception and FM help desk service as well as supporting all back office functions and providing administration support to the operations team and Property Manager. The role includes supporting open days, intake days and departures as well as assisting day to day visitors, students and external contacts.
In addition to the above, the role is a senior position which should help the property manager to ensure the CSA and Housekeeper’s workloads are managed effectively. In the absence of the property manager, this position would be expected to ensure the property continues to run smoothly.
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. The ability to speak Chinese is desirable.
