Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting accompanied viewings on stock.
- Conducting market appraisals
- Listing properties for sale and promoting the benefits of our Auction service
- Negotiating auction offers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Providing regular marketing updates to sellers and landlords, identifying strategies to enhance interest and enquiries for their properties utilising proven TCPA policies.
- Actively generating auction instructions.
conveyancing opportunities and maximising referrals to our in-house panel law firms.
- Enhancing brand awareness through effective utilisation of social media platforms.
- Promoting TCPA on social media outlets.
