**Salary**: £19,814 Basic - £28,000 OTE

What does the role involve?

The main part of the role will be advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken as well as expected completion times. Finally, you will ensure all work was completed and that cash sales are charged, and money collected.
- Advising customers of our useful products and services.
- Receiving customer queries by phone and in person, delivering high quality service.
- Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
- Ensuring work has been completed.
- Ensuring cash sales are correctly charged, and money is collected.
- Managing and dealing with customer complaints.
- Keeping customers updated with the progress of repairs.

What skills or experience do you need to join the team?
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good time management.

Ideally, you will have experience in the motor industry, bonus if it is in a service centre environment. A passion and interest in cars with a desire to learn more about servicing and mechanical work.

A full UK/EU Driving license is essential for this role.
