Fencer/labourer

Eastern Landscapes and Fencing are looking for self-employed contractors who have proven experience in all types of fencing and gates, are able to build rapport with our other contractors and clients and have good people skills. You must be reliable, friendly, organised, work to deadlines and have an attention to detail. Experience of working on commercial sites is essential.

**Main duties**
- To meet and exceed clients requirements
- Uphold the reputation of our company
- Organise the project on site to ensure smooth running
- Adhere to our policies
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and other sub-contractors
- Liaise with the director about the progress of the work
- Ensure all tools, vehicles and work sites are kept clean and tidy
- Ensure the experience is friendly and positive for the client throughout the works
- To work within the project’s budget
- Work to meet deadlines

**Skills needed**
- Experience of all types of fencing is essential.
- Using own initiative whilst completing work as things don’t always go according to plan and sometimes you could be lone working on a job
- We would expect you to have a CSCS card. Other relevant training and qualifications are desirable
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- A driving licence is essential due to the location of the jobs

- 10 hour shift
