Whilst we take a commercial approach to housebuilding, all of the surpluses the Group generates are reinvested into supporting our social purpose, helping to deliver more homes and services for customers.

**The role**
- As our New Homes Co-ordinator (Customer Liaison), you will be managing enquiries and complaints as well as recording and reporting key performance data as required.
- You will be the point of contact for purchasers from exchange to completion, responsible for providing them updates, ensuring you are always proactively communicating with them through the customer journey.
- You will be preparing and distributing correspondence and information as required.
- You will be managing our central mailbox and responding to queries as appropriate, setting up new accounts and producing welcome packs.
- You will be responsible for resolving matters arising and managing calendars where necessary.
- You will have experience of working in a customer orientated environment and will be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- You will have worked in a Sales related administrative position previously with new build experience and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You will also need to be comfortable using many different IT Systems as well as CRM and Microsoft Systems.
