Modern Slavery Administrator

RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sandwell for a Modern Slavery Administrator & Finance Officer.

This is a full time, permanent position and offers a salary of £21,407.80 - £24,553.20.

**Main Duties**:

- Providing and recording distribution of subsistence to clients, and making any amendments for end of month reporting.
- Daily data inputting for new referrals and clients exiting service, including recording additional support received.
- Reviewing and updating existing timekeeping system for staff hours and absences. Reviewing staff mileage/ expense claims
- Stationary ordering
- Flexibility will also be required for the role for ad hoc administration duties including archiving, answering the phones and general support for the wider team.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure appropriate sharing of information in accordance with client policies and procedures.
- Be a proactive enthusiastic member of the team contributing to the requirements of the contract and related targets and commitments (funders/ commissioned services).
- Ensuring that the overall quality of service is working within agreed standards.
- Remain up to date and compliant with local and regional operational protocols and national legislation and emerging evidence.

**Essential Requirements**:

- GCSEs English and Mathematics - Grade C or above.
- Experience of working in a professional environment.
- Experience of analysing and monitoring large amounts of data. Ensuring systems/records are kept up to date.
- Experience of using financial packages such as QuickBooks.
- Experience of using IT as part of day to day functions including databases, excel and other programmes including using analysing and monitoring data.
