We are currently looking to recruit a warehouse operative for a well-established food distribution company to work in their Fresh (chilled) and Ambient Warehouse. You will be picking a wide range of products including fresh food (meat, seafood and vegetables) and ambient (canned foods, drinks, dried foods, packaging and cleaning products).

Permanent Position: Monday to Friday 3:00am to Midday.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

The role will involve a wide range of warehouse activities:

- Picking orders from pick lists to required deadlines to meet vehicle loading times
- Replenishing stock ready for picking
- Processing deliveries
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Loading vans ready for delivery
- Other general warehouse duties
- Be a reliable and committed individual
- Have good organisational skills
- Good level of verbal and written English language skills
- Warehouse/Retail environment experience is desirable
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative
