Night Porter

We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join us at The William Cecil as Night Porter.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and common areas
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Assist with valet parking services if applicable
- Support other departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service and guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
