Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 basic (£60,000 to £170,000 OTE)

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm

Are you an experienced housing disrepair lead generator?

Do you enjoy building rapport with customers face-to-face?

We are a market leading, award winning Housing Disrepair company. We support social and council housing tenants across England. We pay the highest fees in the industry and pay same-week terms to HDR introducers. Due to expansion, we need experienced, self-motivated and driven HDR introducers to join our team. We offer the highest comparable uncapped commission structure in the industry. weekly pay. same week terms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generating leads in the housing disrepair sector via a range or methods.
- Engaging with potential clients face-to-face to convert sales.
- Gathering information from clients / surveys
- Providing clear and concise information about the service available.
- Liaising with office-based colleagues over the phone and via WhatsApp, to progress sales.

**Required skills**:

- Proven track record of Housing disrepair lead generation / surveys.
- Basic IT skills.
- Previous experience as a sale closer.
- Exude confidence, enthusiasm and energy.
- Well organised and obsessed with detail.
- Hardworking, resilient and driven.
- Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people.
