You could be our Human Resources / recruitment manager, responsible for all aspects of human resources from recruitment and selection to employee relations.
Kids in Charge is an established Childcare organisation that has been in operation in Redbridge for over 12 years. We provide a range of children’s services which are registered with OFSTED.
You will be responsible for developing our existing Human Resources Department, recruiting staff, creating training and development opportunities made available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company's business aims.
You will be dealing with staff welfare and administration-centred activities, also strategy and planning.
- You will need a minimum of two years experience working in HR or recruitment
- Experience of the entire recruitment cycle and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
- Already gained or be working towards / willing to gain your CIPD qualification
