Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic part time receptionist to join our small animal team. This is a permanent position, in which you would be working at our Beaulieu Square branch and helping out at other branches if needed.

Working in our busy reception your key responsibilities will be welcoming clients and their pets, answering telephone enquires, making appointments, taking payments, client queries, assisting vets and nurses in consults, complaints, processing prescription requests and keeping the reception area clean and tidy.

Working as part of a team we sometimes require our receptionists to cover colleagues' holidays and absences so a degree of flexibility is required. While experience in this field of reception or veterinary work would be desired it is not essential as full training and support will be given.

The part time hours would be **25 Hours a week on a rota basis of 8am - 1pm or 2pm - 7pm** **and Saturday’s, 8:30-1, on a rota basis.**
