11 Learning Consultant

Hybrid - 2 days a week in Dorking or Basingstoke office

We are looking for a motivated and creative Learning Consultant to join our dynamic HR team here at Unum UK.

This person will be responsible for the creation, design and development of engaging learning content. You will contract with SME’s and stakeholders throughout the business to imbed innovative learning solutions which will address training and learning needs. You will analyse data to identify engagement issues and development areas, collaborating with the business to enhance participation.

Supporting the Talent Development & Diversity team, HRBPs and Leadership to create appropriate content for new programmes and initiatives, defining an approach to learning that is fit for the future (Virtual, Blended and E-Learning)

Our offices are in Dorking and Basingstoke, we would expect this person to be in one of our offices 2 days a week, in alignment to our hybrid working approach. You will also need to regularly liaise with USA based colleagues as part of a broader virtual team.

What will you bring?
- Experience of learning management systems (e.g. Articulate)
- Experience developing engaging content to meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a structured project environment.
