We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

The Dales supports individuals aged 18+ with autism and learning disabilities. we provide specialist care and support which is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day...
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Assist with medical & welfare needs.
- Report on medical & welfare needs
- Assist with a range of activities including personal care, meal preparation, shopping and visiting family.
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe clean environment for all.
