- Enhancing transportation freight brokerage in North America;
- Launching new product lines and expanding manufacturing and fulfilment capabilities

The business provides DVD, Blu-ray and CD replication services to Hollywood studios, independent rights holders, software developers and game publishers: Optical Media Manufacturing Services, Custom Packaging, Procurement and dry goods management, Distributionand Fulfilment, Returns Processing, Inventory Control and Management and Freight management services.

**Description**

The Stock Control Executive's key responsibilities are to support the Inventory Manager in the day to day running of the Stock Control Department.

Specific job tasks:

- Monitor Tech WMS and Client ERP systems to maintain stock accuracy. Analyse and resolve discrepancies across all clients and systems based on daily reports.
- Ensure Goods Receipting to ensure it is in line with client SLAs and produce KPIs. Perform Goods Receipt for all production and non-production VAS
- Support the operation with stock reconciliations and adjustments across all elements of our systems including JBA, DISCO and Ideals WMS
- Support the operation and clients with knowledge of systems and stock integration:

- Bulk Store inventory checks and location maintenance
- Ideals (WMS) inventory checks and maintenance
- JBA inventory maintenance
- SAP inventory control and reporting
- DISCO inventory maintenance
- Provide support for client migration
- System and Business process improvements - identifying systemic improvements, liaise with IT support, colleagues and potential users, work with IT support to implement and provide User acceptance testing with a view to eventually sign off any systemic orprocess changes. Make recommendations for improved Business Processes across all operational departments.
- Ensure Clients, Account Managers and Finance teams are provided with Business and Finance reports in accordance with KPI requirements
- Provide support during Stock takes/Audits for Data entry and Root Cause Analysis

General job tasks:

- Support in liaising with other departments to achieve daily objectives.
- Support in working to meet all departmental / site KPI's as agreed either by the client or internally.
- Support in providing a safe workplace with adherence to all Health & Safety policies & procedures, risk assessments, safe systems of work & guidance notes within OHSAS 18001.
- Support in the adherence of accident, and near miss reporting as per OHSAS 18001.
- Support in adherence to all Environmental policies & procedures & guidance notes within ISO 14001.
- Support in adherence to all Quality policies and procedures within ISO 9001.
- Support in the training, guidance and support of all staff working on site and helping to ensure all training and briefings are recorded and signed accordingly.
- Support in site initiatives such as 5S, annual projects, cost saving & housekeeping.
- Support in implementing the sites security policies fairly and without favour.
- Deputising for the departmental Manager on occasions such as holidays or sickness.
- Attend review meetings with the site Managers.

**Job Offer**

5 days per week in the office on a rotating shift pattern; 06:30-14:30 and 15:00-23:00
