We are looking for fabulous Female Support Workers to work across two homes in Louth. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.
Both homes are a single person homes. Working across these 2 locations, you will be offered full time hours. You must be happy working waking night and be able to do sleep in shifts.
In one home you will be supporting cheeky young man with a unique personality and mischievous laugh. Our gentleman loves to go out for walks, complete puzzles and play dominoes. He is a fan of home cooked food and has a very sweet tooth
You will be primarily working a set rota with ability to pick up additional hours. Shift pattern is as follows
21:00 - 22:00 Evening support
22:00 - 07:00 Sleep in support (sleep in payment)
07:00 - 09:00 Morning support.
Staff will be fully trained in epilepsy support and medication support.
In the other home you will support a determined single lady living in her own home, This lady has cheeky personality with a bright sparkle that radiates the room, whilst not using spoken word to communicate she knows her own mind and can make simple decisions.
General household support tasks will be required to be completed, additional hours may be available for holiday cover.
You will be primarily working a set rota with ability to pick up additional hours. This is a waking night shift lasting 11 hrs, 21:00 - 08:00.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
