We are looking for an experienced **Care Coordinator **for one of our clients in Plymouth with Immediate start.

New Age Marketing limited is looking to recruit an experienced **Care Coordinator **to delivering the highest quality of care to the elderly and vulnerable within our local communities. **We are looking for the applicant to have excellent organisational skills, good IT skills and have the ability to work under pressure.**

**The Care Coordinator will be responsible for the following**:

- Managing rotas/schedules.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers and Care Workers.

**A strong knowledge of domiciliary care is essential and experience with Staff plan Roster software knowledge is desirable but not essential.**
