Our Client based in Biggleswade is seeking a Machine Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role in providing administration support to ensure the effective and timely delivery and commissioning of machines for their customers.
As a Machine Coordinator your responsibilities will include maintaining an inventory of machines and sales items, raising purchase orders, and taking all necessary steps for invoicing.
You will also liaise with the workshops and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of machines and items.
In addition, you will be responsible for arranging transport to deliver all new machines to the site, arranging for engineers to commission new machines, and arranging for retrofits to be fitted in conjunction with the After Sales departments.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and arranging machine demonstrations as required and covering for other team members when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should possess effective administration skills in a similar environment and be able to prioritise tasks using effective time management.
You should also have excellent communication skills at all levels. Attention to detail is essential.
This Machine Coordinator role is a full-time, permanent position, on-site, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
