**Description**:
**WHAT THIS ROLE DOES**:
**1. Media Planning Management**
- Oversee the media planning cycle between brands & media agency - including a windows of change process which determines the briefing & approving windows.
- Oversee the day to day administration of the media planning tools used by ELC
- Ensure accurate data entry, maintenance, and updates within the media planning platform
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for platform users across the organisation, Monitor user access

**2. Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoice Management**
- Support the PO creation and approval process
- Track and reconcile invoices, liaising with finance teams to resolve discrepancies or delays

**3. Reporting and Data Management**
- Prepare and maintaining reoccurring reports, including: Competitive, media spend trends and tracking

**4. Training and Brand Support**
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to brand teams on using the media planning platform
- Conduct regular training sessions (both group and one-on-one) for new users or when system updates occur
- Develop and update user manuals, training guides, and best practice documents for media planning tools

**5. Access and Security Management**
- Regularly audit & manage user permissions for media tools and online media platforms (BMs: Meta, Google, TT etc)
- Maintain organised documentation for all processes, including PO, invoice records, access logs, and report archives

**6. Process Optimisation and Cross-Functional Support**
- Identify and suggest improvements for streamlining media planning and operational workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. procurement, marketing, finance) to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with external media agencies to ensure proper data integration and sharing
- Support special projects, such as system migrations or the introduction of new tools, as needed

**7. Communication and Collaboration**
- Act as a liaison between the corporate team, brand teams, and external partners to resolve operational issues
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on system usage or reporting trends
- Attend relevant training sessions and share learnings with the team
- Global Team support - act as a point of contact for inquiries related to investment tracking

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in media operations or financial control.
- Experience with project management, report creation, budget management.
- Strong collaboration, project management, analytical and organisational skills.
- A creative and commercial mindset, with a passion for delivering high-performance.
